Fischer Amber Ale
A
slightly roasted malt gives it a light amber color. The rich flavor that
dominates the malt/hops provides a balance that is very popular among
most beer drinkers.Deep amber hue. Very mildly sweet, good palate. Very drinkable and refreshing. Vigorous, rocky head trails behind a thick carpet of Belgian lace. Brilliant clarity with a deep orange hue.
The aroma of clean lemon grass hoppiness stands out on a first pass with some soft caramel surging to the front as you come by for a second pass. Nice, clean tasting pale ale, with lots of hops.
