Text Box: Recipe of the Week: Our recipe of the week is Pan Roasted Texas 1015 Onion Soup, submitted by Chef Javier Garza- This soup has a delicate flavor, and is suitable all year round. Chef Garza first submitted this recipe for a successful Favorite Easter Recipes contest that we hosted. Unlike your typical onion soup, this recipe does not include cheese. It is meant to let those sweet Texas onions shine through! This recipe takes awhile, so grab a bottle of Sister Creek Vineyards Chardonnay 2011, and a good friend.
